Zumba! Was the Exercise of Choice for Day 3 of the Body by Vi Fitness Challenge


What the heck is Zumba?

Well... when you take a Zumba class, essentially you get to do some wild and crazy dancing in the morning!
I can't imagine where else you could dance to Latin, African, hip hop, belly dance and trance music, all within an hour, and NOT end up with a hangover!
